SpermFilter®
SpermFilter is a ready-to-use silane coated silica particles colloidal suspension medium for semen preparation in IUI, IVF and ICSI.
The SpermFilter® comes in the following variants:
SpermFilter® Stock Solution – 100%:
Designed for preparing your own desired gradient system for semen preparation (e.g. 45%-90% or 40%-80%).
SpermFilter® Gradient 80% or 45%:
Ready-to-use gradient for semen preparation.
- Silane coated silica particles.
- Osmolar stable with EBSS salts
- No osmotic stress when used in conjunction with SpermWash® medium.
- Removes sources of ROS, bacteria, sperm with abnormal DNA.
- Improves cryo-survival.
- Improves yield and recovery compared to swim-up techniques.
- Storage at 2ºC to 8ºC.
- Shelf life of 18 months.

Sperm Wash®
SpermWash® is a washing medium developed for, amongst others, swim-up, IUI and ICSI procedures in order to facilitate the sperm processing.
SpermWash® can be used for the following procedures:
- Swim up techniques of human spermatozoa.
- Introduction of washed spermatozoa into the uterus during IUI.
- For sperm injection into oocyte during ICSI.
- To wash the spermatozoa.
- Diluting stock solution of silica-based density gradients, like SpermFilter® Stock Solution 100%.
- Washing of human oocytes, embryos and embryo transfer.
- Ready-to-use.
- No need for CO2 incubation due to a HEPES buffer.
- Does not contain heparin.
- Sterilized using aseptic processing techniques.
- Storage at 2ºC to 8ºC.
- Shelf life of 18 months.

SpermCryoтм All-round
SpermCryo® All-round is a four times concentrated ready-to-use HEPES buffered cryopreservation medium for Freezing human semen at ultra-low temperatures (-196°C) in liquid nitrogen.
SpermCryo® All-round:
- Contains glycerol in order to protect the sperm from damage due to the freezing process.
- Used in combination with SpermFilter ready-to-use gradients.
- Ready-to-use.
- Rapid freezing procedure (25 minutes).
- Concentrated cryoprotectant.
- High sperm recovery rate.
- Storage at 2ºC to 8ºC.
- Shelf life of 18 months.
