Cook® Microinjection Pipettes for ICSI
DESCRIPTION:
Used for the intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) of oocytes. The instruments are divided into the standard “10” series and the precision “33” series. Micropipettes of the “33” series have parallel inner sides of the instrument and are sterilized by gamma irradiation, which reduces the adhesion of the sperm to the inner sides during the injection process. The instrument is equipped with a rigid spike for puncturing the zona pellucida of the oocyte and an elongated cut for more accurate injection.
